Fulfillment & Delivery Times
Most orders are processed and shipped in 3-5 business.
Domestic orders usually take between 2 and 8 days to arrive at their destination but shipping time will vary depending on shipping address.
International transit time may take up to 21 days, depending on your own country's postal system. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are determined by your country's customs regulations. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays.
Holiday Shipping Times
Delays in shipping may happen during holidays. Domestic orders can take up to 5 business days to process and 2-10 business days in transit.
Prints, Apparel, and Tote Bags
We use third-party printing services for most prints, apparel, and tote bags to manage inventory sustainably and reduce overproduction. These items are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Domestic orders usually take between 2 to 8 days to arrive. International transit time may take up to 21 days.
Stickers & Postcards
Stickers and Postcards are processed and shipped in 3-5 business days from our studio in Chicago, Illinois. Stickers ship for free to keep prices accessible. They are shipped as Sticker & Postcard Mail in a stamped Flat Rate Envelope without tracking. Domestic transit times are between 2 to 8 days and International transit times may take up to 21 days.

Damaged, Lost or Misprinted Items
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on apparel items in certain cases for 30 days after you receive your order. If you ordered the wrong size, we're happy to offer an exchange on unworn apparel. You are responsible for shipping charges to send items back to our studio. Once we receive the original item, we will exchange it with your preferred size if it's in stock. Please email howdy@littlegaze.com to start the exchange process.
Please double-check the size chart (linked in the product description) before placing your order. If you accidentally order the wrong size, contact us, and we'll assist with an exchange.
